Join Latino Outdoors & CDTC for an overnight camping trip at Mt Taylor.

Join CDTC & Latino Outdoors for a family friendly overnight camp session at Mt. Taylor. We will learn about geocaching and find little treasures around the mountain. Bring a bike to explore the beauitful trails in the area. We will also have binoculars to view birds that will surround the campsite too.

Here is a general itinerary:

Friday Arrival

  • After 5:00pm : Families can arrive at Mt Taylor
  • Setup tents, getting to know you activities, star gazing

Saturday 8/29

  • 8:00 am is- breakfast
  • 10:00 am- Options: hike, geocaching, biking
  • 1:00pm- LUNCH – sandwiches, chips, games, relax, optional hikes
  • 5:30 pm Group dinner
  • 6:30 pm stargazing & storytelling

Sunday8 am- Breakfast, cleanup, & depart

We will do our best to accomodate dietary needs. Please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions when registering.
