Did you know? Providing Latine youth with increased opportunities to connect with the outdoors and access to leadership spaces can help them develop their own leadership abilities. Our annual, weeklong Semillitas Outdoors celebration of Latine children in the outdoors provides virtual conversations and in-person outings and events that center the experience of Latine children and their families. Through LO’s three interconnected programs, we support and celebrate children’s access to the outdoors and leadership space and build positive connections to the process of getting outside with our youth.
Join us in 2026 for another week of Semillitas Outdoors beginning Saturday, April 25 through Sunday, May 3.
