NRB Access Coordinator (Secondary), Administrative Assistant 2 (AA2)

Salary: $3,738.00 – $4,980.00 Monthly

Responsibilities:

–Coordinate visitor, vendor, and staff sign-in/sign-out access to the NRB.  
–Exercise situational awareness, identify, stay informed, recognize, and appropriately respond to potential and actual security threats. 
–Maintain calm composure and effective communication before, during, and after security threats and emergency events.  
–Serve as an initial Public Relations Ambassador and image-shaper for all NRB tenant agencies.
–Respond to and resolve miscellaneous general customer service-related requests.
–Assist with assorted administrative tasks for a small team.
 

Required Qualifications: 
You must meet all the Required Qualifications and Competencies to be considered for this position. –Two years of experience in providing customer service and/or administrative support in any capacity.
–MS Office intermediate user experience: Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
