If you are expecting more than $250 in total expenses for an outing you are planning or more than $100 for your tabling engagement/non-outing activity, please email Luis Rincón (with Ruby Rodriguez on CC) at least three weeks in advance of the scheduled outing date.

In your email to Luis R and Ruby, please include a proposed budget. Click here for a budget template. The template is read-only; please save a copy that you are able to edit.

After submitting your proposed budget, Luis R. will work with you to make any necessary revisions and finalize it.

Proposed outing/non-outing budgets are instrumental in helping the national support staff manage LO’s overall budget and resources.
