LO Central Coast, in partnership with local environmental organizations, celebrates Latino Conservation Week at Nipomo Community Park

Latino Outdoors Central Coast is celebrating Latino Conservation Week in partnership with local environmental organizations on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at Nipomo Community Park. Come meet representatives from these organizations to learn more about local conservation efforts while participating in fun and engaging activities. Bring the entire family!

Added fun: the CA Native Plant Society will lead guided, bilingual nature walks at 1:30 and 3:00 for anyone to enjoy! Learn about the plants and animals of the area and the importance of protecting their habitats.

Latino Outdoors Central Coast celebra la Semana de la Conservación Latina en asociación con organizaciones ambientales locales el sábado 21 de septiembre de 2024, de 1:00 a 4:00 p. m. en el Parque Comunitario Nipomo. Ven a conocer a los representantes de estas organizaciones para aprender más sobre los esfuerzos de conservación locales mientras participas en actividades divertidas y atractivas. ¡Trae a toda la familia!

Diversión adicional: la Sociedad de Plantas Nativas de California realizará caminatas guiadas y bilingües por la naturaleza a las 13:30 y a las 15:00 para que todos disfruten. Aprenda sobre las plantas y los animales de la zona y la importancia de proteger sus hábitats.
