Salary: $3,028.00 – $3,999.00 Monthly 

Responsibilities:

–Digitizing Documents by Scanning and Indexing using ApplicationXtender, an enterprise-level records management software application, and Kofax VRS, a document image manipulation software application.
–Filing and Pulling Hardcopy Documents and File Folders.
–Maintaining Complex Electronic and Manual Filing Systems.
–Purchasing and Procuring Office Supplies and Equipment and creating and submitting supporting purchase documentation including credit card account reconciliation and approval processing.
 

Required Qualifications: 

–High School Diploma or GED.
–Two years of clerical experience, in a professional office setting emphasizing delivering exceptional customer service.
–Knowledge of, and experience in operating document scanning/imaging hardware and software systems.
–Proficient keyboarding and software troubleshooting skills.
–Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
–Strong Organizational skills.
–Ability to recognize, organize, and prioritize daily tasks.
–Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
–Efficiently and effectively uses time, equipment, and resources.
–Good interpersonal communication skills.
–Flexibility to work on different assignments, day-to-day.
–Follow accepted rules of the English language regarding spelling, grammar, word usage, sentence structure, document formatting, and pronunciation in all oral and written communications.
–Commitment to providing superior customer service.
