Preschool Co-Teacher (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Bilingual Spanish Preschool at Conestoga Recreation Center utilizes the Reggio Emilia approach to learning in both English and Spanish.

We are hiring for part-time year-round positions that may be scheduled 8-29 hours per week, running through May 2025.  Hours are typically Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.

Classification Status:
THPRD is hiring for multiple positions, hours may vary and are based on program need. Part-time variable (PT) employees work an average of less than 20 hours per week and may work less than 1,560 hours on an annual basis. Essential Job Functions

  • Preschool Co-Teacher:
  • Preschool Co-teachers are responsible for preparing, instructing, assisting in planning, and leading activities for program participants. Staff should be prepared to work indoors and outdoors on uneven surfaces, in various environmental conditions each week.
  • Pay Rate Range: $18.22-19.93

Qualifications

Licenses, Certificates And Other Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and Infant/Child CPR Certification
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
