Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill the position of a Outdoor Education Supervisor at Lowry Nature Center in Victoria, MN. This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and supervision in planning, implementing, and evaluating components of Park District outdoor education program; and directs operation of a nature center facility/assigned sites and staff, consistent with the Park District’s mission.

STARTING SALARY WAGE: $62,742  – $87,000/annually

Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, education, outdoor/environmental education, recreation and park administration, or related field, AND a minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in developing and implementing a wide variety of innovative outdoor education programs, including both interpretation and recreation, OR any combination of education and experience equal to the above.  A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of experience.
