Management Specialist (HR Liaison), Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA

• Serves as a liaison between the division and the Servicing Human Resources Office.
• Provide guidance in the hiring process such as developing or submitting position descriptions for classification and other hiring documents as necessary.
• Trains and maintains access to the park’s official HR management systems to retrieve data from and develop reports to track metrics.
• Assists with outreach events such as job or career fairs and conferences, and coordinates plans for these types of programs and events.
