Join the team at Grand Teton National Park as a Management and Program Analyst and play a key role in managing the park’s highly complex and evolving recreation fee program. This position is perfect for those with a passion for financial analysis, project management, and cross-divisional collaboration.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and technical direction for the park’s recreation fee program, ensuring effective analysis and project implementation.
  • Lead evaluations on the Federal Lands Recreation Fee Enhancement Act (FLREA) and Service-wide Comprehensive Call (SCC) performance data, presenting reports to park leadership and division chiefs.
  • Manage the formulation and execution of the park’s Recreation Fee Comprehensive Plan, including revenue forecasting, project review, financial analysis, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Analyze operating functions related to visitor services, natural and cultural resources, scientific research, recreation fees, and other park programs to ensure budgetary alignment.
  • Build strategic alliances and collaborate across park divisions to achieve common goals and optimize operational efficiency.
