Maintenance Worker (Trails)

These positions are Full-time temporary appointments not-to-exceed one year with potential to be extended for an additional one year for a maximum of two years based on agency needs and potential funding.

Duties

Operate vehicles and trail-specific equipment and tools.

Perform dry stone masonry and rock work during trail construction, rehabilitation, and other applications.

Inspect trails, recognize corrosion control, and analyze drainage patterns.

Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as shovels, rock bars, sledgehammers, pulaskis, picks, and mcleods to perform trail maintenance and grounds upkeep.

Operate a variety of power tools such as chain saws, drills, string trimmers, grip-hoists, rigging equipment, and carpentry tools.

Salary
$21.14 – $24.69 per hour
