- Perform general plumbing maintenance, such as maintaining plumbing to kitchen and bathroom fixtures and sprinkler systems and fuel supply pipe systems to buildings and residences.
- Perform general carpentry work, such as repairing, constructing, installing, and replacing doors, shelves, windows, trim, cabinets, shelves, shutters to buildings and inside of residences.
- Perform general HVAC work including repairing, replacing, and cleaning of HVAC systems in housing and buildings.
- Perform general painting, masonry work, roofing etc.
- Utilize a variety of materials, tools and equipment associated with the repair and maintenance of structures and grounds.
- Maintain, construct, repair, and alters a variety of structures and surfaces of brick, block, stone.
- Performs maintenance, repair, restoration and stabilization of cultural resources.
- Restore, stabilize, or repair floors of brick, or stone
