Duties

Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately from January to Mid December, and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year.

Duties:

Performs simple and routine work involved in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings and related utilities, requiring the use of a variety of trade practices associated with occupations such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, cement work, painting, and other related trades.
Perform duties in accordance to safety measures implicated.
Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment.
