Part time job (20 hours per week) working with 3rd-5th grade youth in the outdoors.  Approximately 90% of this group is Hispanic from lower income families in our area.  We work with the children after school, 2:30p-5:30p, taking them into the outdoors and educating them through unstructured play and adventure.  Pay starts at $20/hr with room for fast growth depending on experience.
