Join the Outdoor F.U.T.U.R.E. and others for a beautiful .7 guided, out and back, hike at Lower Cascade Falls.

Join Outdoor F.U.T.U.R.E. and other organizations who are leading the way for outdoor opportunities on a 0.7-mile out-and-back trail. Lower Cascade Falls is generally considered an easy route and takes an average of 18 min to complete. We will have plenty of opportunties to stop, talk, and take pictures. This is a popular trail for birding, hiking, and walking. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Time: 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Duration: 1 hr. The trail itself is only roughly 20 minutes to complete. However, we will be taking breaks to talk and take pictures of the local foliage and wildlife.

Parking: is free, but limited to 30 cars.

**Carpool Option: **We will be gather at Old Salem Museum & Gardens at 7:20 for the drive to Hanging Rock State Park.
