Join Latino Outdoors Seattle for an unforgettable camping experience in partnership with Washington State Parks! Our goal is to provide an opportunity for those who are new to camping and introduce families to a safe and fun environment to experience a weekend away. Only one registration per family required.
Amenities:
- Camping Spots: Washington State Parks is generously providing four camping spots, each accommodating a family of 8, ensuring ample space for comfortable overnight stays.
- Camping Kits: For those in need of camping equipment, kits will be available onsite, including tents, cooking utensils, and more.
- Discover Passes: Complimentary Discover passes will be provided for participants, facilitating easy access to the event location.
- Campfire Supplies: Firewood and fire starters will be provided, allowing families to gather around the campfire and create lasting memories under the stars.
- Ranger-led Activities: Knowledgeable park rangers will be available to provide assistance and information throughout the weekend, enhancing the overall experience for participants.
Cost:
- Thanks to the generous support of Washington State Parks, camping costs are covered for all participants. There is no fee to attend this event.

Birch Bay State Park is a 194-acre camping park with 8,255 feet of saltwater shoreline on Birch Bay and 14,923 feet of freshwater shoreline on Terrell Creek. The Terrell Creek Marsh is one of the few remaining saltwater/freshwater estuaries in north Puget Sound. A natural game sanctuary sits at the park’s north end.
