Duties
The Major Duties of the Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs a variety of trade tasks often combining trade practices such as carpentry, wood crafting, roofing, masonry and painting.
- Performs carpentry work involving stabilization, preservation, or restoration of wooden historic structures.
- Performs simple and basic research of records pertaining to historic and/or prehistoric structures for the purpose of assessing their physical condition, style, preservation needs and conservation work required.
